On Tuesday, Aug. 26, Robinson swam against Middleton High School and Jefferson High School. Hosted at Bobby Hicks Pool, both the girls and boys teams won first place, representing the Knights with pride.
The girls set the tone early, securing wins in multiple individual events. Strong swims from Avery Graham (’27), Amelia Cottrell (’28), and Calliope Muller (’28) helped build an early lead, carrying them to a commanding finish. Other swimmers like Danielle Stein (’27) and Lily Polender (’26) also contributed to the sweep.
The boys squad delivered an equally impressive performance. Key races like the five hundred freestyle, swam by Mason

Lucius (’27) swung the race in their favor, helping the team close with back to back victories.
“I thought it was good. I think that everyone swam their hardest. I feel like we all cheered for each other, and had a good team dynamic,” Danielle Stein (’27) said.
With this dual victory, the Knights swim team is continuing to build momentum heading into the season, proving their hard work in the pool is paying off. They are projected to win more meets this season.
