Are you an RHS student interested in trying out for the drumline next year? If so, come to the band room on Thursday and Friday from 3:30 to 6:00 as Mr. Revett will be holding auditions for the few spots available on next year’s drumline lineup.

Students can try out for one of the possibly 4 positions of a snare, bass drum, or a tenor player, and a background of percussion is crucial, according to Mr. Revett.

“I think the students will do very well, because they’ll be excited and prepared,” said Mr. Revett. “It will be very competitive, and I think this will motivate them to do their best.”

Another potential band audition opportunity is also coming up, as Starlet auditions will be from the 19th to the 23rd.
