With the upcoming PSATs setting students’ minds on edge, a lack of knowledge of the new testing schedule doesn’t help.
The PSAT was originally set for last week, however, it was delayed due to school canceling for Hurricane Milton.
This year the test will be administered in batches of six homerooms a day, with two in the media center and the rest in separate classrooms. The first batch will start on Tuesday, Oct. 22, and will continue until Thursday, Oct. 31.
This new divided system is aimed to prevent common issues from last year such as chrome books dying and overcrowding. Make sure you get to school on time and in the right location to take the PSAT and have a chance to earn the NMSQT [National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test].
