This year’s girl’s basketball team is ready to take on the new season.

“I think this season is going to be way better than last year,” said team captian Erica Martin (’15). “I expect us to get further than last year and win districts this time.”

Martin thinks this year’s new coach, Stephanie Sweeney, is really good and consistent.

Sweeney said, “The girls are good at working as a team instead of as individual players. I’m really excited to coach this year, and we have higher expectations for this team.”
