Robinson has been awarded Gold-level distinction by CollegeBoard’s Advanced Placement Program, according to the 2024 AP School Honor Roll Recognition report.
AP School Honor Roll serves to recognize schools whose Advanced Placement programs surpass the usual standard and “broadening access to students”. There are five levels of distinction; Gold is the second-highest, below Platinum.
“CollegeBoard rated Robinson High School gold with access for AP testing, which basically means we do a great job of inclusion,” Robinson Principal David Brown said. “We make sure that we include all of our students, so we don’t just look at one typical type of student. Different backgrounds, nationalities, but we also want to make sure that we give opportunity to all the students. It’s nice to be recognized.”
