Step one: Turn the dial three times to the left until the red arrow indicator is lined up with the first number of your combination.
Step two: Turn the dial one full turn to the left, passing the first number of your combination, until the second number is lined up with the arrow.
Step three: Turn the dial to the right, not a full turn, but only until the third number lines up with the arrow.
Step four: Pull down on the lock and slide it out of the latch-lock.
