Chick-Fil-A was established in 1946 by Truett Cathy and since the first restaurant was founded Chick-Fil-A has grown and become a huge fast-food chain. Below are some of the most unknown hacks from a Chick-Fil-A employee.

#1 Trading kids toys for ice cream:

If your’e an adult with a small child you would probably know that you can trade out a kids toy for a kids sized ice cream cone or cup. This is helpful if you want Chick-Fil-A but you’re not hungry enough for a full adult meal, plus you get a desert.

#2 Upgrade any beverage from a meal to a desert beverage: 

On any meal, kids or adults, you can change out the fountain drink for any of the following options; small or large shake, small or large frosted beverage, white or chocolate milk, apple juice, lemonade, iced tea, iced coffee or orange juice. This is a small upcharge depending on what you choose to get but it’s nothing more than 3 dollars.

#3 You can get a grilled club with non-grilled chicken:

The grilled club chicken sandwich comes on a multi grain bun with a grilled fillet, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and a slice of American, Colby Jack or Pepper Jack cheese. If you are not a fan of the grilled chicken you can get a fried club (regular or spicy) by asking for a deluxe sandwich, adding bacon and subbing the regular bun out for a multi grain one.

#4 You can change the type of chicken on the cobb, market or southwest salads:

Just like how you can change out the type of chicken on the grilled club you can change the type of chicken on salad. Simply ask to change out the original chicken for the kind of your choosing.

#5 You can order a 30 count of nuggets:

In case you’re having a party and forgot to place a catering order, no need to fret because you can buy 30 count of nuggets either through the drive through or by standing in line. Not to mention you can get it as an entree alone or as a meal with a side and drink. The meal is a total of 15.59 with a  regular side and drink, and the entree alone is 12.95.

#6 Chick-fil-A mobile app:

The Chick-Fil-A app allows you to get rewards for the money you spend and gives other benefits over time. A lot of the time if Chick-Fil-A gets a new menu item they promote it by giving you a free one through the app. The more money you spend the more points you get, the more points you get the higher status you become on the app. As you gain points you can move up to silver and eventually red status Chick-Fil-A members. To put it into numbers a regular Chick-Fil-A member gets 10 per dollar spent, a silver member gets 11 points per dollar spent and a red member gets 12 points per dollar spent. Not only this but if you rack up enough points and you want to give food away you can share the reward with a friend.

#7 You can buy gallons of the Lemonade or Sweet Tea:

For you tea and lemonade fans who cant seem to get enough of these drinks, just ask for a gallon of the tea or lemonade, forget about the days of wanting more drink, order it and we got your back.

#8 You can buy 8 ounce tubs of any sauce:

If you have ever placed a catering order you know you can buy an 8 ounce container of sauce Chick-Fil-A has. Even if you don’t have a catering order we still sell any sauce you want. So if you cant get enough of any of our sauces we are ready to give you plenty of your favorites.

#9 You can order a fillet by itself:

Some people love the Chick-Fil-A chicken so much the don’t even need a bun, or sometimes people choose to use lettuce as a sort of wrap, if you would like to try this you can order a fillet by itself.

#10 You can change out the sides:

If you are tired of the fries you can change them out for a parfait, soup, mac and cheese, chips, apple sauce or a fruit cup.
