It’s back-to-school season and with homework-filled afternoons and after-school activities, there’s no time for baking a sweet treat for yourself in under 30 minutes, until now. These savory chocolate mug brownies take less than 10 minutes to make with ingredients that everyone has at home.

Ingredients

  • 5 crushed Oreos
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (Optional, can be substituted with Nesquik chocolate powder)
  • 1/4 baking soda
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Ice Cream ( Optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your dry ingredients, Oreos, flour, baking soda and cocoa powder. Place Oreos in your cup of choice, anything microwaveable will work. Crush Oreos until no clumps are left and add all dry ingredients in and mix well. You can blend it if you’re having a hard time crushing it.
  2. Add the milk and stir well after each tbsp.
  3. Place your cup in the microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on how moist you enjoy your brownies. Let it cool down in the fridge for two minutes.
  4. You can enjoy it as is or add an ice cream of your choice.

These brownies are delicious, quick, and mess-free. They’re perfect for a midnight snack or instead when craving something sweet. I recommend making these as they’re the perfect snack, especially on busy school or work days.
