Dead Snake Found in Room 125

Crystal Ortiz, Senior Class Correspondant

This morning in first period IB Pre-calculus, teacher Josh Saunders and students were surprised by a little visitor. A small snake was found in the corner dead behind student Lauren Peterson, junior. Completely unaware of the invader, Saunders and student Beverly Devine, senior, calmly took charge. A custodian was contacted and the little guy was removed right under Peterson’s nose before she was aware of his presence. “He didn’t tell me until after the fact,” said Peterson. “Which is a good thing because I would have freaked out.” The dead snake was disposed of properly by the hero of the day and hopefully he has no more friends.
