Fall break is so close that we’re getting chills.

On Thursday, Nov. 18, Robinson PTSA sold candy and hot chocolate outside of the cafeteria during lunch periods. For $1, students could buy a cup of hot chocolate with the option of whipped cream and marshmallows, with a complimentary candy cane. Some of the candy they’re selling includes M&M’s, Snickers and KitKats.

“Just like the snow cones, all of the money that we raise… it goes back to students [and] goes straight into [PTSA’s] student funds to provide multiple $500 scholarships throughout the year,” Amani Haskins (’22), PTSA student President said.

The hot cocoa stand saw a long line of students as soon as it opened during IB lunch.

“It feels [like] Christmas-time, I love it,” Grace Barrett (’23) said.
