After a strong football season, running back Allan Lewis (’24) has been named number one in the state for a total return yards according to MaxPreps with 798 total rushing yards.

“I want to thank my coaches of course, without them I wouldn’t know what to do at all,” Lewis said. “Also my teammates that put the effort into allowing me to do what I can.”

Lewis is optimistic when looking at his future in football and plans to work harder than ever during this off-season in preparation for next year.

“I’m going to be doing a lot of lifting trying to get bigger, faster, and stronger while also working on my other sports [wrestling and track].” Lewis said.

Lewis is most proud of being able to play with his team this season, the memories made and all his yard returns. On average Lewis was able to score 70.2 rushing yards per game.

“This is very special to me especially coming from a smaller school like Robinson, when you compare it to other schools in the state,” Lewis said.
