On Tuesday, Sept. 10, the Knights Varsity Volleyball team won with a blowout against the Alonso Ravens with a score of 3-0.
The Knights dominated the floor with many points being scored by serving the ball quickly. A big help with the win was Emmery Capra (’27) winning “Player of the Match” on Sept. 10. With Alonso only scoring less than 15 points in all three sets, the Knights felt extremely confident in their control of the Ravens.
“I’m extremely happy we gained so much chemistry as a team together in such little time. There’s always more time to get to know each other and this is only the beginning,” Maleen Luther (’26) said. “We had great defense throughout each serve and that’s what helped us take advantage of the game.”
