Even though the girls’ basketball game on Nov. 20 was only the second game of the season, they proved how advanced they are, dominating Newsome with a final score of 63-31.
“I’d say last night from tip-off to finish we were in control of the game,” head coach Gerard Batista said. “I think we came out with a good game plan. We just showed that we were just better, more experienced, and better team,”
That night the girls’ showed pride in what they did by never stopping for a moment. Their next game is Friday, Nov. 22 against Leto.
“I just want to see these girls out there on the court playing having a good time and getting better,” Batista said.
