A cold front hit most of southwest central Florida last night and is expected to last through the end of the week. Lows today will dip into the 30s, with the high at a mere 67. The rest of the country is experiencing cold temperatures as well, with all 50 states, including Hawaii, having lows below freezing.

By Friday, temperatures will even out with highs once again in the mid-70s, and on Sunday, highs will be in the 80s. Such drastic flip-flopping in temperatures is characteristic of Florida’s weather.
