Fall has just knocked on our door… that means its time for all things pumpkin, cinnamon, apples, you get the gist. This pumpkin cheesecake dip is perfect for a quick and plentiful snack to share with friends and family.

Ingredients:

  • 1, 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of powered sugar
  • 1, 15 ounce can of Libby’s pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla

Instructions:

  1.  Add softened cream cheese to a clean mixing bowl along with the powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Tip: Be prepared to put some elbow grease into this mixing portion!
  2.  After that’s mixed smooth, add your pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well again.
  3. Cover this bowl or transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and chill it for 4 hours. Tip: You can eat it right after making also but be sure to chill it!
  4. Serve with pear slices, apple slices, any fruit you like, graham crackers and enjoy!

This pumpkin pie cheesecake dip is absolutely delicious, it is sweet and flavorful and taste exactly how I imagine the fall season would taste. I highly recommend this dessert.
