FAQ’s regarding Robinson’s current status
Questions answered due to Coronavirus concerns.

As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, all Florida schools will be closed until April 15. For the next three weeks, students will be working online to keep up with school work. The week of March 23 through 27 was considered an adjustment period and none of the assignments from that week will be graded.
How long is school called off for?
At this time, school has been canceled until April 15. However, this date is subject to change depending on how the situation progresses over the next few weeks.
What if I don’t have food available at home?
There are schools providing lunches and the food necessary if there isn’t food at home, and Robinson is one of those schools. There will be grab-and-go lunches available to those who need it 18 years old and under from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Madison Middle School is another school near Robinson offering grab-and-go lunches.
What if I don’t have a computer?
If you don’t have access to necessary electronics, the county is figuring out ways to distribute laptops and computers. There was a survey that went out asking about available electronics in your home. If you did not receive that survey or haven’t heard back from the county, contact assistant principal Christopher Pettit at [email protected].
What’s going on with exams?
All end of semester exams including IB exams have been canceled. AP exams will take place but they will be condensed to 45 minutes and will be online. For more information about exams, see our article, AP exams to be held online, IB exams cancelled.
If I’m a senior, will we still have graduation, prom, etc.?
As of right now, prom and graduation are still on, but that is subject to change due to the continued impact of COVID-19. Grad bash has been cancelled due to extended closure of Universal Studios.
