As the year is coming to a close, testing season is starting up again. FSA dates and times have changed at Robinson. On May 3 and 4, FSA will be administered to all freshmen and sophomore students.

The FSA stands for Florida Standards Assessments. This is the last year of the FAS and it is a test that has four different sections. In the past, students would test all week during different days- often disrupting their other classes. This year, they created school-wide testing days so every 9th and 10th grader is testing at the same time.

“I felt this would be the easiest way to not interrupt instruction in the final crucial weeks of school… They do not have to worry about missing instruction and falling behind in classes,” Assistant Principal for Curriculum Christopher Pettit said.

All testing starts at 8:40 and ends at 10:55 a.m. on the dates previously stated.

Here is the new schedule, again testing will be held on May 3 and 4.
