On Wednesday, Jan. 18 the Robinson women’s basketball team played one of their last few district games against Hillsborough High School. The Knight’s game, expected to start promptly at five, suffered an untimely delay due to Hillsborough’s late appearance to the RHS gymnasium. When they were finally able to start the game, things started off looking not so good for Robinson’s girl’s basketball team. After getting down in the first half, the Knights attempted to catch up to the Terriers. However, the opposing side’s aggressive offense came out on top. The game ended with the Knights suffering a loss, with the final score being 62-38.

“I think as a whole we need to work on not getting down when we get down in a game and not get disappointed in ourselves,” team captain Bella Rodrigues (’23) said.

This loss makes Robinson’s record for the season 12-8 overall.
