Coming off of their win the previous week against the Leto High School Falcons, the knights returned to base and played their first home game of the season against Riverview on Wednesday, March 1. Just minutes into the first inning and the team was able to score the first run of the game.

By the third inning both teams were up one leaving the score at 2-1. However, it was not long before Riverview was able to load up the bases and tie up the game.

The majority of the game was filled with both teams struggling to keep each other at bay. It wasn’t until the last inning where Tucker Wehrman (’23) was up at bat and hit a home run where he closed out
